Twins?

I'll be 12 weeks tomorrow.... and from the very beginning I've thought I'm having twins. I mean ABSOLUTE GUT FEELING... I had an ultrasound at 10 weeks and at that time only saw one. I asked if there was 2 and she said well, I only see one for now. My original blood work hcg levels were high. Last night I had a dream that I had a little girl, I was carrying her around in her car seat carrier.. I woke up and fell back asleep and then dreamed I had a boy. I've had EXTREME fatigue (and still do) and EXTREMELY sore breasts (Which have started to go away)... Other than that, the only other symptoms have been heartburn and back soreness. I feel like I'm not really showing either. I'm not super skinny but I'm not huge either... just average. Picture was at about 8w2d. Has anybody had a feeling like that and actually had twins?
