Femara Breakthrough Bleeding?

So I’m on my second round of Femara in 1 cycle, they started me on a second round after noticing my follicle that was growing went away.

They tested my progesterone and said I didn’t ovulate and was good to start taking the second round of 7.5 a day.

I started bleeding, like my normal (heavy) ish period type bleeding, this morning, I called my clinic and they said it happens to have spotting and stuff, but if this doesn’t let up I’m gonna call them again tomorrow and be like, does spotting last more than a day and act like a full blown period?

Anyone else have this happen? I still got more Femara to take still.
