I feel like I'm setting myself up for failure

so my period is 5 days late, I have no signs of it coming at all. I've been trying to have a baby since 2015 with 1 miscarriage so far. I've taken one test last night with mixed feedback of positive and negative.

ANF I took a pink dye dollar tree test just now because everyone says they're better to show up but I see nothing

I just don't know what to do right now. should I call my doctor? wait a week? this is my first time so if any of you who have children who's been through this could help I would sincerely appreciate it. thanks guys
