First natural period after hormones

Hello Everyone. I had a second hysteroscopy done in March and was put on estrogen for 30 days and then provera for 10 days. After stopping the provera I had a period about a week later. It was a bit light, but pretty normal. Two weeks ago should have been my first natural cycle, but all I had was some light spotting for a few days when my period should have started. Anyone have a similar experience? I'm now 15 days late. I've taken 2 pregnancy tests and both are negative. (We also haven t been trying as I was told I needed to have two natural cycles before starting to try again). Thanks for any feedback!!
