question... nausea

ok so I was squared down and switch to being on my knees while organizing. well when I stood up I felt like I was gonna throw up, I could barely stand, got light headed, and could barely hear. everything my husband was saying was muffled. this has never happenedbefore.... did anything like this happen to anyone before a BFP or missed af?
