Blood work

I had bloodwork done on Monday and my hcg was 449. I was technically 4 weeks and 6 days and the range for 5 weeks is 217-7138 so I know I am in range. My tests have gotten plenty dark and I have no cramping or anything. Would you ladies say I am good to not have any more blood work done until my 8 week appt with my OB?
