Anyone get pregnant with NO femara side effects? 🤔

I am on day 3 of 5 of Femara (5mg) and I have had no side effects at all. Does this mean it’s not working for me? I’ve read most people feel ovary twinges and/or bloating?

My doctor put me on femera because it has a lower percent of side effects. She didn’t even want to put me on clomid. I’m on day 2 so I’m hoping I don’t have many symptoms.

This is my second round of femara, when I take the pills I have no side effects at all.  It wasn’t until I am near ovulation that I felt cramps and discomfort for a day or two

I can’t say with femara but I’m on clomid and I had no side effects at all until about a week after my last pill and continued until I got my period. And don’t pay too much attention to your symptoms. I had them all with clomid that made me think I was pregnant. Acne,  nausea, sore boobs, tummy twinges/cramps, heartburn, dizziness, tired... and then I got AF. I was so devastated because i was 100% convinced I had to be pregnant. Not sure if femara is the same but don’t let your mind get away from you. Good luck love!!
