Is it worth it to use a cheaper diaper during the day?

And a more expensive one at night? I change diapers constantly during the day due to my child’s sensitive skin prone to diaper rash. Changing only once at nighttime.

Once my Baby Shower diapers ran out I used mostly Costco diapers... Walmart has the best wipes to me. When both my girls were potty training I had to use Walmart brand because the most absorbent of the store brands and my kids couldn’t wear name brands. Costco sells Huggies Pull-Ups and they made my kids break out in bad rashes... Something to do with the chemical in the lining. Pampers were pretty worthless and didn’t have the side Velcro so after trial and error and even though I kind of can’t stand Walmart, we ended up with their brand. SO glad we are POTTY TRAINED! Still put a training pant on 2 year old at night but other than that we are DONE!

IMO cheap diapers are just a headache. I use pampers baby dry for my 16 mo and decided to try aldi brand for day time .Just after 3 or 4 hours ,when I change it ,his skin is always very wet and if I dont change in 3to 4 hrs ,he leaks through it which never happened with pampers. So I'm not going to buy them again .

we use up and up or parents choice... we tried them all and he wetted through them all except the big box store brand

We use the same brands for both day and night. Either up n up, parents choice or luvs. Never had issues with either. If he’s close to needing the next size, we will just use a bigger size of the same diaper at night.

I personally don’t like cheap diapers. This is my opinion though- I know a lot of people use them but to me they don’t pull the moisture away as much.

i use the cheap brand during the day and a expensive at night- because i hate when they leak during the night. but yeah i feel it’s a waste to use expensive diapers during the day because i change my daughter often to avoid any bacterial infections etc.
