Ligament pain?
Hey mommas!! This is my first pregnancy and I think I’m having ligament pains? 😫The soreness/ pain is mostly right sided and only hurts when I sit or bend down but I feel it ALL day. My doctors out of town and I could see a nurse practitioner but I might wait a couple days until my doc gets back. What should I do? Is this normal? My pain is maybe a 4 but I’m just concerned. I’d love any advice on this!
