Not wanting bottles

Anyone else’s babies not wanting to finish their bottles lately? She is teething and it’s causing her to have pain in her ears. I thought maybe she was getting an ear infection cause she kept grabbing her ears, but we took her to the doc and she ruled that out! She still grabs her ears while eating sometimes so I was curious if maybe her ears are popping while she’s trying to suck on her bottle, making her not want to finish. The doc also said that it was likely but now I’m more so worried about her not wanting to eat because of it! She usually gets 7oz. every 3 hours but has been leaving an ounce in each bottle. So we took it down to 6 oz. and now she’s leaving half!!!! She seems happy and like she doesn’t care. And if she wasn’t a little chunker I’d be more concerned about her weight lol. Just didn’t know if anyone else’s kiddos are starting this too!
