Help!!!

So I’m with this guy, we aren’t dating but we’ve been texting and talking for a very long time. The other night I went to this party without him and got really drunk and me and a different guy done stuff... didn’t go too far tho. ( wasn’t meant to happen either.) should I tell the guy I’ve been texting?? I feel very bad about it but I know he will get really mad. I don’t know what to do.
