Period Late

10 days late today. Previously 28 day cycle maybe hours late but never days. Negative tests to date. I am booked in next week at the doctors but wondered if anyone has been in this situation and outcomes e.g... did you next period show....was you pregnant.... We also just to add wasn't actively trying this month due to commitments ect so has been no stress there.. Thanks in advance
