Afternoon Power Snack
So I've been pretty fortunate in regard to morning sickness. But, lately, come 3-4:00pm, I instantly find myself starving and nauseous. I've tried snacking on apple slices, cheese and crackers, and granola bars. They don't seem to be enough. But I'm also still having random food aversions. What are you ladies snacking on? Oh. I've also tried mixed nut snack packs. . .
