Early Labour?
Im 40 weeks today and went for a sweep this afternoon , midwife said my cervix was soft and 1-2 cm. This is my first baby. Few hours later I’ve started to get period like lower back pains. I went to the toilet and there was a lot of mucusy type discharge with blood in it. The pressure has gotten stronger but I have only had one pain in my stomach, could this be labour?? Or just effects of having a sweep done.
