Weight help!?

Does anybody else’s weight fluctuate by 5-10 pounds daily ? one day I’ll weigh 153 and the next day 160 and then 155 all in a week. My body doesn’t look any different than it ever has, what does this mean ?

It’s probably Water weight. Some people retain more water than others.

It does, and it will. Stay away from that scale, because numbers don’t tell the story; your energy levels and mood do! Muscle weighs more than fat, while looking leaner, so getting worried about a few pounds may not be healthy, since those pounds are perfectly fine!

My weight used to go from 115 in the morning to 125 in the afternoon. But more recently I’ve been staying between 111-115. 😬 mine was a thyroid imbalance. Easily fixed by iodine/thyroid supplements. Something easy, and harmless to try

Yep, I’m constantly bouncing between 112-118 but I’ve never though anything of it.
