Should I be worried

I have had sex since my period but my fert window doesn’t open for another 3 days. We used protection but I’m not on bc. Is this something I should worry about?

FYI no pain with anything. The blood has been my only symptom that something may be wrong.

I have had a major infection around my ovaries before about a year and a half ago.
