Prettt sure im having my first miscarriage 😭

started bleeding yesterday with some small blood clots and cramping not enough to fill a pad but it was dark red and brown with lots of little blood clots. I only have brown blood when i wipe today! I went to the ER last night Im high rish for etopic and my left ovary hurt very bad. they said it looks like an early pregnancy could be a miscarriage they called it a threatened miscarriage my hcg level was only 12.8 im only having brownish blood now have another apointment on friday morning wish me luck 😭😭😭😭
