Breaks are okay


Have been focusing more on moving In, preparing for school and starting my own business, haven’t been to the gym in a few weeks. Just band workouts at home, few weights here and there. But remember, breaks are OKAY.

Go at your own pace, dance around to music in your undies, doing that still burns calories. After this break I still feel confident and still lovin my tiny booty, slow gains are still gains 💪🏼
