I went to a Reproduction Specialist/Infertility doctor today and had a transvaginal ultrasound done, she discovered that I have a spectrum in my uterus (which means my uterus didn’t expand all the way when, she said it happened when I was born) I also have a polyp (where I have tissue built up by irregular periods and PCOS). I was told that I have to have surgery to fix this otherwise when I conceive I’ll likely miscarry every time. I will also have blood work done and a sonohysterogram to see if my tubes are blocked. I also have been put on a diet with phentermine and upping my Metformin to 2,000mg. With losing weight and doing these things I really hope to be able to conceive soon...has anyone else been through something similar???
