Hey ladies so I have this problem every now and then that drives me crazy! I get this bad foul smell down there. It’s like something crawled up there and died. I know it’s just my ph getting imbalanced. I can get BV so easy and it’s really just the worst! And such a pain. Can anyone tell me their secrets or little miracle remedies that keep their vag ph on track and regular? Even if it’s a supplement. I’m desperate.
