Shits anyone??..

Anyone else been struggling with extreme diarrhea lately?? I’m 25 weeks and just freaking struggling with it for a little while now....it’ll seem better then come back it seems.....also morning sickness came back though now it’s more just like a constant sick to my stomach feeling.  Thoughts???

This whole pregnancy I’ve gone back and forth between constipation and diarrhea. Lately it’s been diarrhea smh

With my twins, first it was constipation, then diarrhea. This pregnancy its constipation, I'm still waiting for diarrhea but it won't come, lol. Monitor the time urs starts, take iron 2 hours before then, it may help. I found out taking my iron and folic acid in the morning causes me constipation, so i wait to use the toilet first before taking them. So far its helping. I guess u should do the opposite
