When is okay to TTC after a miscarriage ?

Hey ladies ! Do you know how soon it’s okay to TTC after a miscarriage ? I miscarried on May 22nd , my doctors appointment won’t be till June 12 which i feel like they scheduled too late.
Does anyone know how early i can TTC ? Anything you guys would recommend for me to use ? I have a 4 year old and one miscarriage. I am only 25 years old. I’m still taking my prenatal vitamins . I even bought some for me & my bf (picture below).

I miscarried in March and my doc told me to allow my body one full cycle before trying again. It depends how far along you were and if you passed naturally or not. We were only 6 weeks and naturally passed. If they needed to do a procedure to pass I think they say wait 3 Months. Honestly though if you are mentally ready you can probably do what you feel is right.

I had a miscarriage in February afterwards I had appointments with the doctor he told me that it's okay to start right after they gave me a sonogram to make sure the uterus return to normal form.
