TMI! I’m not sure what is this that came out of me! Please help 😭

I’m on my placebo pill and the first month of taking my birth control, I’ve had spotting the week before the whole week and i started my period yesterday and i was very light and today my flow is heavy, i was going to take a shower when i took my pad off and i noticed this that came out of me. It didn’t feel soft it felt very firm and meaty and fleshy. Has any girls ever had this before?
