I was wondering if any of you have experience using a belly bandit or something similar?? I’m having my third and I want to try using one after I deliver, but I’m wondering how soon after labor did you wear it?? Did the nurses judge you? Lol is there supposed to be some kind of break between delivery and wearing it? And how long did you wear it after? Just tell me anything!! Did you notice it helping?!? Thanks in advance for any advice or information!!
