What am I doing wrong

How’s come every time I trim or shave down there it’s itchy after ??
I make sure and rinse off all extra hair. I don’t understand it’s feels a bit irritated. Never have I tired waxing I’m too scared, it’s probably way better I seen a post earlier of how smooth they felt down there I want that

I use coconut oil afterwards and I never shave against the grain. It seems to work.

A new razor head helps wonders and go with the grain, not against it. I get major razor burn if I go against the grain.
And moisturize.
