I need some advice, could this be early pregnancy symptoms? Thank you in advance for your help!

I’m 9dpo. Since 7dpo Ive felt a light burning pinch/pull light cramp feeling in my uterus. I’ve been trying to conceive since January. I’ve also been constipated for a couple days and my breast are getting more sore every day. I’ve also have had a lot of clear watery mucus and have been urinating a lot more then I’ve had fluid intake the past couple of days. Are these possibly signs of early pregnancy? This will be my second pregnancy if so. I didn’t have many symptoms with my first until after I found out at 5 weeks pregnant. And I’ve also never had these symptoms before this early on in my cycle. I’m due for AF in 6 days.
