Sick or pg symptoms

Ok ladies i need your help for the past week i have bn running a small fever off 99.0-99.5 its never more never less i got to work at 2:30in the afternoon so i sleep all day but when i get up im nauseous and still tired I've also bn feel small cramps in my stomach and back so not only do i have all them symptoms i just throu up this morning twice please help me out ladys there has also bn some small spotting with cramps and i dont start my period for 8days
