From Mirena to Nuvaring

I recently had the Mirena removed due to it being too low (almost had it a year) and causing bad abdominal pain which was worse with sex. Now I have the Nuvaring and I've been bleeding on and off for a week now. Is this normal??😩😩😩 Will it ever stop? I'm due to take it out Friday..
