hi girls. my cycle is now 45 days, I'm 16 days late according to the app. I haven't done a test since last Friday altogether I've done

I'm not sure what to do, the only thing that's different in myself is I'm exhausted all the time. to the point where I'm falling asleep at work I've got a cold and throat infection as well
any advice?
