Eptopic pregnancy?

What are signs of eptopic pregnancy? Im 3-4 weeks & am having cramping. Sometimes its bareable , sometimes its not. This is my first pregnancy & im kind of freaking myself out so if anyone could give me symptoms of an eptopic pregnancy i would appreciate it !

I was 4-5 weeks when I was told my pregnancy was ectopic .. I found out the same day I found out I was pregnant :/ pretty heart breaking. I had constant pain in my left side .. I just knew somthing wasn't right. That was the only symptom I had

My sister was 4 weeks when they discovered her ectopic and from 2-3 weeks she had what she assumed was kidney pains since she’d recently had a bladder infection. She was also on Mirena when it happened. So you could definitely be feeling something from an ectopic this early. Or it’s possible you’re just already feeling round ligament pains. Everyone’s body is different when it comes to pregnancy so unless a medical professional tells you something, take anything you hear from us as a community with a grain of salt.
