Am I pregnant or not?

I'm 4 days late, I know that sounds stupid, but my period is usually very regular. I took a pregnancy test but it is negative. My first attempt at pregnancy resulted in a miscarriage, but initially the pregnancy test was positive the first day I missed my period. Any ideas about what is going on? I don't know what to think...

I didn’t get my positive until I was a week late. I’d wait it out. 
Also keep in mind that while you are typically regular or never had problems before ttc, ttc can put a lot of stress and strain on your body and cause abnormalities to your ovulation and period cycle that may not have been common before. I was very regular before ttc, but I’m the four cycles it took us to get pregnant I was late the first two before AF showed and I skipped my period completely cycle three but wasn’t pregnant. It can happen even if it hasn’t happened before. Good luck!
