Natural Pregnancy after Failed Assisted Fertility?

Is there anything that can help natural pregnancy occur? I have 1 Fallopian tube, and my husband has low motility count. We are really tired and stressed from failed iui attempts. Has anything worked for anyone in the past or that they know of to help?

On December I got pregnant from a fet but had a missed miscarriage had to have an emergency D&C; and shockingly had an appendicitis so had my appendix removed as well. Fast forward to March I decided I’m taking a 2 month break and then I’d get back into ivf whole new round. My dr told my husband to take fertilaid for men as he has majorly low sperm count and motility like we had to do icsi because of it. He starts the pills there’s 3 bottles it cost 70$ on amazon. I found out from a dna test I have mthfr mutation as well so my dr prescribed me foltx special prenatal to take everyday to prepare for my next cycle. Meanwhile we’re both taking our pills and just enjoying life as much as we can after all the heartbreak. Oh did I mention both of my tubes are “completely” blocked and dr said if I did get pregnant on my own it would likely be ectopic. Needless to say I started feeling off around  April 20 or so and I made my husband buy me a test just to prove I wasn’t pregnant. Well low and behold we got pregnant naturally and our little rainbow miracle baby is doing well at 9 weeks 3 days. I would definitely recommend the fertilaid for men but I also think my appendectomy and d&c; helped clear some of the blockage not really sure but I’m so beyond thankful and all my thoughts and prayers go out to you. We struggled for 5 years about a year and a half with fertility assistance.

I am sitting in the doctors office right now waiting to see if this happened for me. If it’s positive, the one thing I did different is taking a baby aspirin in the morning.
