Baby skin bumps?!

Any other mommies dealt with something like this? My daughter is 9 months has An apt Monday but wondering if I should just take her in today... she had a fever over the weekend accompanied with a cold that finally cleared up yesterday... a little before her fever started she started getting these bumps there like little balls idk how to explain I assumed they’d go away but now she has newer ones which are the smaller light ones on her knees... any advise on what it can be? I added pics they don’t feel like bug bites or even look like it
