Helppppp

Hi y’all. So I had some spotting yesterday ( not heavy at all) and some light pink blood. I’ve also noticed some flesh ish stuff after i pee no pain at all no cramps. I just got back from the hospital because I wanted to make sure everything was ok. They did an ultrasound and the sack is empty no yolk or whatever. But it says I’m 5 weeks 6 days. My HCG levels went from 6200 on Tuesday to 6933 today . Is it to early to see anything or is it my worst fears
