I do kinda need to loose weight/Get generally more healthy; I’m worried people will judge me for being caught up with my weight when I’m so young, but it’s something that I really do hate. I also believe that if I loose weight/become a bit skinnier than I am, that I will, in turn, help my mental health. I don’t think I’ll be able to extreme diet, but I am looking to cut a bit of Sugar and Carbs out of my diet and eat more protein and fibre, as it is kinda out balanced at the moment. I generally do about 30-60 minuets of walking a day when going to school, but I don’t think that’s enough. I just need small easy lifestyle changes to start of with. Thanks for your help.
