Lying husband

My husband has a history of lying. Yes I know i should of left him long ago but circumstances didn’t let me. Yesterday i saw that he has my number on silent/ do not disturb. Also on Facebook he made private that we are married, it used to be public. I know he’s going to make up some story about how both things happened. Probably say “oh i didnt even know about that feature, i dont know how that happened etc.” i dont know what to do.
