So...long story short I have had two miscarriages in 6 months. One at 10 weeks in October and another at 6 weeks in February. I am now 6 weeks 3 days and have a midwife appointment on Monday. Can I request to be booked in for a reassurance scan? Or will I have to pay privately? I'm a nervous wreck and just need to see my little bean 😭😭 has any one in UK requested on and how many weeks were you when you had it? UPDATE------------------------------------ The midwife really felt I should have a reassurance scan. he rang the hospital to book one and the said they are not necessary until after 3 consecutive miscarriages 😤😖😞 why is it people have to suffer at the cost of an under funded NHS? and how awful for anyone to suffer loss 3 times before help is given? 😠 sorry for the rant. private scan it is 🙄 any reccomendations are welcome
