So I had expressed to my boyfriend that I’m ready to take the next steps in our relationship and that I would really like to get engaged and have a baby.

I have two children from a previous relationship. Ages 9 and 7. I just turned 29 in may.

We are building a house and it should be done by the fall. He agreed we could start trying then.

In the meantime, every time we have sex he finishes in me, and the conversation will come up again about having a baby and he says he is not ready.

He also says he wants “ to let nature take its course and happen naturally “

I’m so freaking confused on what he wants. Meanwhile I’m very in tune with my body and I know when I ovulate and my fertile days to get pregnant.

I guess I’m just asking for some advice and some clarity on what I should do...

( we have talked about this, but honestly I think my bf wants the same things as me I just think he is afraid to make the commitment)
