Coffee talk.. what are you ladies doing?

I cut it out completely for like the first eight weeks, then my morning sickness got really bad and I got desperate. I read that coffee can help with blood pressure and that you should keep it under 200mg a day. So for the last two weeks I have had one cup a day a few days a week. It helps with my morning sickness and I just have 1 keurig cup which is 120mg.

I cut it out but not by choice. I had cut down to one small cup in the morning before work and then one morning the thought of it made me 🤢 and I haven’t had it since.

I did completely cut it out but now am having 1 - 2 a day. had a iced cappuccino today and it was heaven. I'm 8+4 xx

I used to drink around 5 cups of instant coffee. but cut back to 1 or two. Just a morning one. but it was easy because it repulsed me so much. I drink tea every now and then

I was big on Monster Java. I've swapped it out for a regular latte once in the morning bc of the taurine in the Java.

I miss coffee so much but it was the only thing that has made me throw up so it had to go. If could have one cup a day. I would be so happy.

I switched to decaf when we started TTC and was drinking a cup maybe once a day or every other day. I haven’t really noticed a decrease in drinking it, but I guess I only have a few cups a week now. I used to have really bad migraines and once I stopped drinking caffeine they went away so that’s a plus for me. Caffeine never really gave me energy like it does for most people so switching to decaf hasn’t really affected me.
