So confused 🤷🏼‍♀️

So if y’all don’t remember me posting Sunday night after my trip to the er I will fill you in as well as today’s doctors appointment

Well Sunday I was supposed to be 7+4 according to my last period well ultrasound showed a sac only and it measured 5+0 no fetal pole no nothing. Betas was 10 400 something not good numbers cause I had beats done may 14th and 16th they went from 400 something too 1100 and something so with Sunday being the 3rd and they was only 10 400 and something that means they didn’t double every 2 to 3 days and plus I was spotting brown since Saturday welll....... did to today

I went to my appointment they did an ultrasound and seen the sc yolk sac and what they assume is the fetal pole so they measured it and it measured 5+5 great news from Sunday’s ultrasound right??.... well still they doctor says to me I’m not going to lie I don’t get that warm fuzzy feeling about this pregnancy even though we see what COULD be a fetal pole typically we don’t see them until your in your 6th week so let’s check your numbers today and see what they come back as and then go from there if they are going down or just really bad we can get the next step I.e d&c; or meds to pass the baby but if your numbers are rising into a ok level then we will see you back on Thursday for a repeat ultrasound. NOWWWWW I KNOW MY GOD CAN DO ANYTHING!!! I am still having brown to dark deep reddish spotting no cramping but I did have some Tuesday not enough for a pad but too much for a liner. I am still having pregnancy symptoms and any other miscarriage I had I completely lost symptoms. Anyone else ever had something like this or know of someone like this happen?
