Test said negative but...

I took a pregnancy test today. It came back negative but I did take it around lunch time. I’m planning on taking another one in the morning.

Yesterday I went pee and noticed a very small amount of blood (spotting) so I thought my period was starting but it never happened again.

My period is NEVER late.

I’ve been extremely nauseous the last two days and haven’t had any of my normal before period symptoms.

What is the best at home test? I just bought some cheap ones from Walmart and thinking that could be why it came back negative.
