Oh my goodness I take baths all the time. No ha done yet. It’s the only thing that gets me some relief. Do it up girl! Just not *too* hot!

I’ve been taking baths since I found out - the water just cannot get super hot.

You can as long as it’s not too hot or for too long. My doc says you just can’t raise your body temperature over 100 degrees for more than 10 minutes. A short, lukewarm bath is still good though.

Make sure you bring cold water to sip on the whole entire time you are in the tub. Fill up the whole tub and if you can sit right down in it and your skin isn’t turning red then the temperature should be fine!

This is my 3rd baby and I’ve always taken a bath with each to relax my body before bed or just in general. My doctor said as long as it’s not hot hot then you’re fine.
