Bleeding after he cums inside?

Ive been on birth control for 4 months now and my boyfriend has only came inside me like 5 times. Everything was fine the first few times be did it but these past 2 times I started bleeding. Its only when he finishes inside because we had sex again in between those 2 times but he pulled out and I was fine.

The bleeding stops pretty quick but theres a good anount, sometimes theres clots, and its bright red.

What could be the problem? Is it my breakthrough bleeding? Im coming up on ny placebo pills. Could that be it? Help!!!

I should also add that he fingered me pretty roughly before the first time I bled. We had sex afrer3he fingered me, he finished inside and I started bleeding.

This second time he didnt finger me but he did finish inside and I bled again.
