amniotic fluid?

how do you know if you’re leaking amniotic fluid? my underwear has been pretty wet recently and it kinda looks yellowy but it is sticky for the most part but some is watery, you think yeast infection or am i peeing myself or what lol? i researched amniotic fluid and it says it shouldn’t be sticky but could be yellowish, i haven’t smelt it to see if its sweet tho. i’m a FTM and just need some reassurance.
