PLZ HELP 😩😩😩

OK I AM A TYPE 2 diabetic I have one loving child and one angel baby and am pregnant now I had a miscarriage last year in November been trying was told I wasn’t ovulating in April so when I missed my period in May I took a test now my periods are very irregular 26-32 and last 3 days light ones so I don’t know when I ovulated but the doc wanna use my LMP which I think he shouldn’t but I went in for what I was suppose to be 7 weeks but baby is small And measuring 6 weeks last pregnancy I was 10weeks but baby measuring 6 weeks so I am very afraid here are my ultrasound pics I go back in a week and half for new ultrasound we couldn’t hear are measure the heart rate but she made sure to point out the flutter of the little fetus and told me wveyting looked normal
