Crazy pregnancy symptoms

So I am almost 23 weeks pregnant with my second child. For the last couple of days I have been feeling almost like a thump in my vagina , it is really uncomfortable 😣 I feel like the baby is tryin to come out lol ( I know it’s not but that’s how it feels) I never experienced this with my first pregnancy. My baby seems to be positioned really low and I have also been needing to pee every 20-30 minutes. Anyone else experienced this ?
