What are all of your plans after your baby comes? This is my third and we’ve been having a family member watch our older 2 (11 year old and 2 year old) but I really don’t want to leave a 12 week old with her due to recent issues we’ve had with her.
So my husband and I have been trying to figure out different options when I go back to work in January after baby.
