Has baby dropped?

These are two pictures. One taken yesterday & one taken today! There doesn’t seem like a way I can get a lot bigger from a little less than a 24 hour period. Do you guys think baby has dropped a little? Today I’ve been having back pain, nausea, a headache, (TMI, sorry) diarrhea, & cramps. Well tonight I’m now having what I believe to be contractions? I’m only 30 w & 3 d! I have a gastroschisis baby as well & was told by my specialist that these babies tend to come early! I’m wondering if what I could be feeling are actually contractions or just pregnancy pain? Also wondering if these could be signs that labor is coming either tonight or very very soon. TIA for any info! It’s greatly appreciated! I’m scared, especially because I haven’t gotten the magnesium shots or the lung shots for my little girl yet & because I really just wanted her to make it to 32 weeks because of what she has already. I believe it’ll be harder for her to recover if she comes too soon 😩😩 I don’t know though, I’m just praying right now! 🤞🏼
