Brown discharge

Is anyone else having dark brown discharge? I’m a little scared due to having a miscarriage back in February I had bleeding on and off from 6 weeks up until I lost at 12 weeks and the doctors never seemed concerned when I went about it! Now this time with the dark brown discharge I’ve been having from 4.2 weeks I feel little scared I can’t settle! Again the doctors said they are not concerned, My boobs no longer hurt when they did a few days ago! So scared of it happening again!!
