My ladies with diamonds on their band... Question? 💍

I have a one carat Halo engagement ring, with diamonds down the side of the band. In the past two months I've had two diamondsfrom the side fall out… I understand that with this style of ring it is commonfor the smaller diamonds on the side to fall out. But I feel like 2 in 2 months, is a little more than usual.do you or side diamonds all out often? Do they fall out at all? Just curious of other peoples experience with this style of ring.
